1st Day: Thursday, 22.05.2008
Check on their own or to Graz to Vienna.
With flight arrival: Welcome by the representative office in the Vienna airport and travel with the special Guide to Graz. Info cocktail in the afternoon at the hotel, with a presentation of the outline. Following a walk then (with Guide), under the slogan "Take a walk and dining," through the old town of Graz.
Dinner at the restaurant Eckstein. Individual return to the hotel.
Overnight accomondation at the Grand Hotel Wiesler.
2nd Day One: Friday, 23.05.2008
Breakfast buffet at the Grand Hotel Wiesler.
Greeting by the guide in the lobby after breakfast. You will be picked from the hotel and go into the chocolate Manu factor Zotter to Riegersburg. While tasting experience you will be inaugurated in the art of chocolate making.
At Noon a culinary experience at the foot of Riegersburg at the inn Fink. Visit to the Vinegar Factory and brandy distillery Gölles.
Afterwards into the volcano in the country ham factory Vulcanomit followed tasting. Return trip to Graz.
Dinner at the Gourmet Restaurant Iohan in Graz
3rd Day: Saturday, 24.05.2008
Breakfast buffet at the Grand Hotel Wiesler.
Greeting by the guide in the lobby after breakfast. Today you will be guided by the chef of the award-winning restaurants at the Grand Hotel Wiesler Graz to the market to the shopping for the evening meal, farewell to jointly done. The lunch time is at your free disposal. In the afternoon, you will receive some valuable tips for table decorations in the Grand Hotel Wiesler, and then you will watch the top chef in the preparation of the evening meal and, of course you can be also active. All participants also get the recipe and taste the menu (including the accompanying wine / drinks) in the "Hauben" restaurant.

4th Day: Sunday, 25.05.2008
Breakfast buffet at the Grand Hotel Wiesler.
Individual travel home on their own or with a transfer in the special guide to the Vienna airport.
